What you'll be doing
- Analyzes and compiles investment information to enhance communications.
- Contributes to communications and presentations regarding the investment portfolio.
- Generates regular reports as well as prepares ad-hoc reports to support stakeholders.
- Maintains knowledge on current and emerging developments / trends for assigned area(s) of responsibility.
- Participates on special projects as needed.
- Performs and delivers on routine assignments / projects for their assigned area(s) of responsibility.
- Responds to data requests by independently selecting appropriate data / information, aggregating data, and developing visuals based on understanding of various assets.
- Supports and promotes change management and / or departmental / enterprise initiatives within assigned area(s) of responsibility.
- Supports portfolio managers in daily management and oversight of assigned portfolios.
- Updates and runs model scenarios; identifies instances when assumptions may need to be revised and recommends changes to management.

Must-Haves :
- 4 Year / Bachelor's degree - Minimum Required
- 2+ years of work experience that align with responsibilities for this role. Preferably in investments, portfolio analysis, and / or investment research.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a solid mathematical understanding
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Tableau and / or programming skills a plus
- Good written and oral communication
- Strong work ethic, good time management skills and ability to multi-task
- Able to work both independently and within a team-oriented environment
Nice-to-haves :
CFA charter holders or candidates working towards this certification are preferred

The pay range for this position is $59,101 - $110,900 with anticipated pay for new hires between the minimum and midpoint of the range and could vary above and below the listed range as permitted by applicable law.
Pay is based on non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to work experience, education, location, licensure requirements, proficiency and qualifications required for the role.
The base pay is just one component of Lincoln’s total rewards package for employees. In addition, the role may be eligible for the Annual Incentive Program, which is discretionary and based on the performance of the company, business unit and individual.
Other rewards may include long-term incentives, sales incentives and Lincoln’s standard benefits package.
