Full-time | Monday – Friday, 7 : 00 AM – 3 : 30 PM | Overtime as needed

About the Role

We’re seeking a dependable  Facilities Maintenance Technician  to join our team and help maintain a safe, efficient, and well-functioning facility. This role is hands-on and involves performing preventative maintenance, repairs, and general upkeep of building systems and equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repair on facility systems including HVAC, dock equipment, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, and painting.
• Conduct preventative maintenance (PM) on air conditioners and dock equipment.
• Repair restroom fixtures and maintain all building areas.
• Ensure maintenance tasks are completed efficiently, safely, and in compliance with company standards.
• Work independently and manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
