Mirak Automotive Group has been family owned and operated in Arlington MA since 1936. We sell and service Chevrolet, Genesis, and Hyundai vehicles.

Duties and Responsibilities :
- Open work orders and maintain control until closed and invoiced.
- Handles Repair Order charges, warranty validation & claim coverage including computation of charges, submission and follow-up
- Maintains a clean and safe work area and cares for all company property
- Accounts for all material used in performing assigned duties
- Follow all safety rules and regulations in performing work assignments
- Handles customer file organization
- Updates customer profiles using software, hours, or other information from the customer work orders.
Customer Service Requirements :
- Assist in handling customer complaints and concerns
- Confirmation the mechanical issue is rectified to the satisfaction of the customer and dealership.
- Greet customers immediately in a courteous manner
- Treat customers fairly and with honesty and demonstrate our commitment to superior customer service and ethical business practices.
Qualifications and Job Requirements :
- Must have outgoing, friendly personality and superior communication & customer service skills
- Experience working in a service center
- Ability to write and work on routine reports and correspondence
- Ability to negotiate customer concerns with manager.
- Knowledge and experience of service vehicles and parts.
- Experience with dealership industry or point of sale computer systems
- Strong time management skills
- Knowledge of compliance procedures
- Good organizational ability
- General understanding of mechanical / technical terms
