Founding Fractional Videographer / Documentarian for Oh! Love Ya Dawn Company & Foundation. Location : Twin Cities Metro, MN (local required; proximity to Delano preferred). Type : Fractional Founding Role (approx. 8–10 hours per week, flexible). Equity : 0.25% ownership grant in Oh! Love Ya Dawn Company (standard 4-year vesting with 1-year cliff). Reports To : Founding Fractional Multimedia Director. Collaborates With : CEO, COO, Foundation Executive Director, and Marketing / Social Media teams.

Position Summary

We’re seeking a Founding Fractional Videographer / Documentarian to visually capture the Oh! Love Ya Dawn journey — from product shoots and interviews to events, behind-the-scenes creative sessions, and community programs. This role combines artistic storytelling with social mission documentation, helping shape how the public and partners experience what we’re building. This is a founding creative role with flexibility and autonomy. The right person will help develop the visual narrative that defines the brand’s history from day one.

Key Responsibilities

• Film and edit short- and long-form video content documenting the Oh! Love Ya Dawn Company and Foundation’s work, events, and people.
• Capture both polished marketing content and raw, documentary-style footage that shows authentic moments.
• Coordinate shoots for brand campaigns, interviews, and product visuals (especially Edie’s Dawn Coffee and Hidden Hearts apparel).
• Edit content for social platforms, internal use, and archival storytelling.
• Maintain consistent aesthetic aligned with Oh!’s creative tone — warm, authentic, emotionally resonant.
• Collaborate with Multimedia Director and Communications team to create cohesive brand visuals.
• Help build and organize an internal library of video assets for future campaigns and press use.
• Document early stages of Foundation programs (e.g., Micro-Miracles and Livvy’s Path) in a way that honors dignity and safeguarding standards.

Equipment Requirement

At this stage, candidates must have access to and use their own video and editing equipment (camera, lighting, audio, and editing software). As the organization grows and funding develops, equipment investment or reimbursement may become available to support production needs.
