KeyResponsibilities :
QuotaManagement & Scheduling : Coordinate and managetraining quotas for resident and nonresident foreign languageprograms.
Publish and manage the master schedule for the programyear.
- DataCompilation : Compile and analyze data to identify futuretraining trends andneeds.
- Automated SystemManagement : Verify and ensure accurate entry of trainingrequirements into systems such as the Army Training RequirementsResource System(ATRRS).
- ProblemSolving : Address and resolve technical issues related toclass scheduling and student enrollmentsystems.
- PolicyCompliance : Ensure class schedules align with establishedpolicies and procedures and assist in developing detailed trainingplans andschedules.
- StakeholderCollaboration : Serve as the liaison for variousstakeholders including students and staff to ensure trainingobjectives are metefficiently.

- Oneyear of specialized experience thatincludes :
- Reviewing and processing trainingrequests.
- Maintaining internaltraining calendars.
- Preparingtraining reports (attendance cancellations quotarequirements).
- Using automatedsystems or databases to manage trainingrequests.
EducationRequirements :
- Masters degree or equivalent graduate education (or 2 years ofprogressively higherlevel graduateeducation).
- Combination of educationand experience alsoconsidered.
