As a CNA Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the quality of care provided by our Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs).

Responsibilities :
Educate and Mentor : You will be responsible for training and guiding CNAs, ensuring they have the knowledge and skills needed to consistently provide excellent patient care.
Your strong work ethic and excellent communication skills will empower our team to excel.
- Encouraging Excellence : You will create an environment that fosters continuous improvement. Recognizing and celebrating achievements, providing constructive feedback, and promoting professional growth will be integral to your role.
- CNA Scheduling : Create and manage CNA work schedules, ensuring adequate coverage for all shifts. Coordinate with CNAs to accommodate their availability and preferences.
- Interviewing and Hiring : Participate in the recruitment process by interviewing potential CNAs. Collaborate with Recruiting, HR, and Nursing management to assess qualifications and fit for the role.
- Patient Treatment : You will work the floor on an as-needed basis.
- Central Supply : Oversee Central Supply, ensuring adequate inventory levels.
Qualifications :
- Active CNA certification
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a CNA in a Skilled Nursing Facility
- Knowledge of long-term care laws and guidelines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational abilities
