Position : Human Resources Manager

As our Human Resources Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our business. This isn't just a job-it's an opportunity to make a meaningful impact.

Reporting directly to the Human Resources Business Partner, you'll be at the heart of our People strategy.

What You'll Do :

As a Human Resources Manager, you will be the bridge between business objectives and people strategies. You're not just a strategic thinker;

you're also a doer, someone who isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves and drive results. You'll grasp our business strategy, offer sound people-related recommendations, and develop clear, actionable steps to help us achieve our goals.

What We're Looking For :

  • Passionate about People : You have a knack for nurturing talent, developing future leaders, and are always figuring out ways to help others grow
  • Proven HR Expertise : With at least 5+ years of progressive HR experience in a mid-sized manufacturing environment, you've made significant contributions in a multi-site structure
  • Legal Savvy : You're well-versed in employment laws and regulations, especially those in California
  • Adaptable & Ethical : You thrive in dynamic environments and approach challenges with integrity and a solutions-focused mindset
  • Tech-Savvy : You're comfortable with HR technology and ready to leverage it for success
  • Education : A Bachelor's degree is ideal
  • Communication : Bilingual Spanish Speaking is required

  • Oversee payroll and system administration, ensuring compliance with all policies

Collaboration :

  • Work cross-functionally, leading by example, holding others accountable, and making data-driven decisions that positively impact Winchester's employee experience
  • Partner with Leadership, HR, employees, and vendors to foster a collaborative and empowering environment

Empowerment :

  • Share your insights on company strategy, tactics, and direction
  • Advise on staffing levels, hires, terminations, and compensation structure
  • Build and maintain communication channels that enhance employee engagement
  • Innovate to reduce costs and streamline payroll and benefits processes
  • Get creative in finding, hiring, and retaining top talent
  • Utilize feedback from surveys and employee reviews to continuously improve Winchester's workplace culture

Pay Transparency :

Winchester Interconnect Corporation is committed to pay transparency. The pay range for this position is $80,000 - $115,000 (DOE), plus incentive compensation.

Exact salary will be contingent upon your experience, education, skills, and any other factors Winchester Interconnect Corporation considers relevant to the hiring decision.
