Pay Scale : $16.00 to $20.00 an hour, depending on experience
What You'll Do :
- Support the Lead Dispatcher in efficiently managing daily schedules to optimize technician productivity.
- Deliver unparalleled customer service via phone, SMS, and in person.
- Adapt quickly to last-minute schedule changes and ensure technicians are equipped for success.
- Drive revenue growth through proactive client outreach initiatives.
- Handle appointment scheduling and work orders and address client concerns with professionalism and care.
- Support administrative tasks to keep our service department running smoothly.
The Ideal Candidate Will Possess :
- Minimum 3 years of dispatching or scheduling experience
- Proven client service experience
- Professional phone etiquette
