As a member of our Farmers Agency, youll play a crucial role in acquiring new customers and providing them with essential insurance products including auto, home, commercial, and life insurance.

Responsibilities
Conduct personalized insurance risk assessments using a customer-focused, needs-based approach
Schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and present appropriate insurance products and services
Maintain a positive attitude and strong work ethic in every interaction
Develop and nurture a strong referral network to grow your business
What We Offer
Compensation : Competitive base salary plus commission / bonus

Compensation Range : Base Salary + Uncapped Commission
Total Earnings : $48,000 - $75,000+ per year
Requirements
Proven experience in sales with a successful track record of meeting goals
Ability to obtain a Property and Casualty License
Excellent communication skills and a strong phone presence
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
Availability for a Monday-Friday work schedule
