As the Medical Director - Psychiatrist at Seasoned Recruitment, you will play a key role in leading and overseeing the psychiatric services provided by our organization.
You will be responsible for managing and supervising a team of psychiatrists, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based care to our clients.
In addition, you will collaborate with program staff and administrators to develop and implement clinical protocols and policies.
Schedule : Monday - Friday from 830a to 5p
Responsibilities :
- Provide direct psychiatric care to clients, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
- Supervise and support a team of psychiatrists, providing guidance and clinical expertise.
- Collaborate with other medical providers and interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care.
- Contribute to program development and quality improvement initiatives.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation.
Required skills & experience :
- Medical degree with specialization in psychiatry.
- Board certification in Psychiatry.
- Active medical license in the state you are applying for, or willingness to obtain.
- Proven leadership and management experience.
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of evidence-based treatment practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
