Commercial Litigation Attorney - Livonia

Our ideal candidate should possess a strong background in business law, employment law, and general litigation, supported by exceptional academic credentials, excellent communication, organizational, analytical, and writing skills.
Key Qualifications :
- 3+ years of experience in managing complex commercial litigation cases
- Proficiency in conducting sophisticated legal research and producing well-crafted written work
- Ability to draft intricate pleadings and motions, including petitions, answers, summary judgment motions, trial-related motions, and discovery-related motions
- Strong pretrial skills, including managing and responding to discovery and developing effective litigation strategies
- Timely reporting and ability to attend depositions and court appearances
- Demonstrated strong work ethic and the willingness to take on responsibility for litigation files and commercial issues
- Active Michigan bar license
- Outstanding references
