Location : Participants are based at various manufacturing sites in the U.S.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

About The Program :

Participants in the Environmental, Health & Safety Leadership Program take part in a structured development experience located at a manufacturing facility. The program's duration is 24 months. During this time, participants receive experiential and formal training including :

Program Outcome : Upon completion, participants will be placed in a full-time assignment as a EHS Leader or Specialist at a North American Owens Corning manufacturing plant.

What We're Looking For : An enthusiastic candidate who takes initiative, drives results, and creatively navigates tasks. The ideal candidate demonstrates a desire to develop technical and leadership capabilities in a manufacturing environment.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS :

The base salary range for this position is $70,000 to $73,000, with the potential for up to an additional 25% if the applicant hired has additional related qualifications.
