Job Title : Fixed Operations Director at Bristol Toyota
Job Summary :
The Fixed Operations Director at Bristol Toyota is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the dealership's fixed operations, which includes the service and parts departments.
This is a full-time management role with a base salary and commission opportunities in the auto industry.
The job is located in Swansea, Massachusetts.

Responsibilities :
- Create and implement strategies to increase fixed operations profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Manage and monitor department budgets and financials.
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers and manufacturers.
- Oversee the hiring, training, and performance management of fixed operations staff.
- Ensure efficient and effective operations of the service and parts departments, including scheduling, pricing, and inventory management.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
- Ensure compliance with all dealership policies and procedures, as well as federal, state, and local regulations.
- Maintain a high level of customer service by addressing and resolving any customer concerns.
- Act as a liaison between the fixed operations departments and other dealership departments to ensure smooth operations and collaboration.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new technology, and best practices to continually improve fixed operations processes and procedures.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Automotive Technology, or a related field preferred but not required.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the automotive industry and fixed operations management.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven track record of increasing profitability and customer satisfaction in fixed operations.
- In-depth knowledge of automotive technology, service, and parts.
- Familiarity with dealership management systems and customer relationship management tools.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and constantly changing environment.
