Corporate Executive Chef Responsibilities
- Develop and execute seasonal menus across locations, maintaining consistency and quality.
- Oversee BOH operations, control inventory, and ensure food cost efficiency.
- Hire, train, and mentor chefs and staff, promoting teamwork and excellence.
- Conduct BOH audits, ensure proper food safety, and enforce company standards.
Corporate Executive Chef Requirements :
- 5+ years as an Executive Chef in a high-volume, multi-location restaurant and / or hotel environment.
- Proven track record of leading and developing BOH teams.
- Strong experience in inventory management, food cost control, and BOH systems.
- Ability to craft menus with fresh, seasonal ingredients while maintaining consistency and meeting dietary restrictions.
- Strong decision-making skills in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively across all levels, from BOH staff to corporate management.
