Responsibilities :
- Utilize UltiPro for payroll implementation and processing tasks
- Ensure accurate payroll reporting
- Resolve any payroll related inquiries in a timely manner
- Maintain strict confidentiality of employee payroll information
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient payroll processing
- Keep up-to-date with payroll regulations and best practices
- Manage payroll workflows to ensure all payroll transactions are processed accurately and timely
- Reconcile payroll prior to transmission and validate confirmed reports
- Understand proper taxation of employer paid benefits
- Process correct garnishment calculations and compliance.
