The Digital Designer 2 (VSP / PT) responsible for creating, executing, developing, and maintaining digital design elements across multiple platforms.

The Digital Designer 2 (VSP / PT) collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to conceptualize, design, and produce digital content, graphics, animations, and user interfaces that align with organizational goals and enhance the user experience.

Utilize common frameworks to build and develop interactive and responsive digital solutions that ensure compatibility, efficiency, and maximum value for the end-user.

Support various business objectives and product development. The Digital Designer 2 (VSP / PT) is responsible for developing innovative user-centered design solutions for website and mobile apps to drive user engagement and business growth.

Key responsibilities

Design intuitive, accessible and visually appealing interfaces

Partner with Product Managers to ensure designs align with product strategy

Maintain design standards, guidelines and systems

Conduct user research, analyzing behaviors and motivations

Work with engineers to ensure design feasibility

Communicate design decisions to stakeholders

Variable Staffing Pool (VSP) are Associates who work flexible hours to meet business needs, with no guaranteed minimum or maximum number of hours in any week.

Required Qualifications

2 or more years of technical experience

Preferred Qualifications

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree (i.e. design related field of study

Healthcare experience

Experience working on digital products (i.e. websites and mobile apps)

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting.

The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.

$69,800 - $96,200 per year
