- Responsibilities : -Provide actional insights to improve quality for Tiktok US logistics and Supply Chain.-Maintain & improve operation performance index;
- assist top management to monitor the weekly and bi-monthly operation performance; analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports;
- Cooperate with logistics teams to set strategy, . Leadtime improvement, cost reduction, logistics experience rating, etc;
- communicate findings to influence others to take actions;-Follow-up data analysis of local operation teams in several overseas markets, support operation and provide optimization suggestions;
Cooperate with Products and ETL teams to define system requirements, build data products, improve and roll-out product features to support business.
Minimum Qualifications : -Currently pursuing a (BS / MS / MBA / PhD) in quantitative fields such as Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Operation Research, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, etc-Proficient in SQL, Python or R-To succeed in the role, you need to be a proactive, self-driven and impact-driven person.
- Be able to work with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications : -Preferred previous experience working in data science, or bachelor's degree, majoring in quantitative field statistics is preferred.
- E-commerce or experience in supply-chain&logistics is strongly preferred.
