We are currently seeking a EDI Software Development Associate Director (Remote) to join our team in United States (US) .
Requirements :
- Minimum of 8 Years Experience and Proficiency in EDI software development tools.
- Extensive knowledge of HIPAA X12 EDI Transactions such as 837I, 837P, 834, 270 / 271, 276 / 277 etc
- Experience with Healthcare Claims Processing Testing.
Responsibilities
- System Implementation, Migration, Upgrades Installation and / or upgrade work involving EDI systems.
- Design and architect the technical infrastructure that supports EDI systems, ensuring scalability, security, and high availability.
- Troubleshooting & Support - Identify failing processes, assess general EDI system(s) health, and provide recommendations for increased efficiency.
- Study current and improve design and implement data mapping and transformation processes and work for best practices.
- Review current standards and update on EDI standards and regulations (e.g., ANSI X12, Hl7) and ensure compliance within the organization.
- Continuously monitor EDI system performance and optimize processes for efficiency.
Troubleshoot and resolve performance issues.
- Lead or participate in EDI-related projects, including system upgrades, migrations, and new implementations.
- Recommends and participates in the design and implementation of standards, tools and methodologies, and then leads adoption.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Contributes to the customer technical and business strategy by providing inputs.
- Works with customers / stakeholders to understand critical business success factors and key performance indicators to be managed, negotiate desired service levels, minimize business risks, and diffuse conflict.
