Project Manager - SaaS PaaS Agile DevOps

I. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES

Texas Health andHuman Services Commission requires the services of 1 Project Manager 3 hereafter referredto as Candidate(s) who meets the general qualifications of Project Manager 3 Project Management and the specifications outlined in this document forthe Texas Health and Human ServicesCommission .

The SaaS AgingInformation and Data Management Solution (SAIDMS) a reprocurementof an Aging and Disability (with an Ombudsman component)information management system effectively and efficiently supportsthe maintenance and reporting of data for the Office of AreaAgencies on Aging (OAAA) the Office of Aging and DisabilityResource Centers (OADRC) and the State LongTerm Care Ombudsman(SLTCO) program.

The SAIDMS Project Manager will manage track andsupport the operational scope technical architecture outgoing andincoming service vendor resources and cost associated with theimplementation of the reprocured solution.

The PM will developprogram implementation approach and establish protocols to managethe successor based on RFO requirements.

The PM will provide withthe outgoing and incoming service vendors for a fully integratedSaaS solution with a webbased interface using a comprehensivedatabase to store information and generate consistent and accuratereports at all levels for which the system is implemented.

TheSAIDMS will support multiple concurrent users across the State.System will maintain call information consumer data assessment andeligibility data service delivery service activity and Ombudsmaninformation needed to satisfy all applicable Federal reportingrequirements.

Position allows telework thoughapplicant may be required to be onsite for specific meetings.Position is needed for approximately 18 months.
