Job Summary

The Public Sector Sr. District Sales Manager will oversee multiple District Managers (DM) and their respective Account Executives (AE) for a specific region within the Public Sector Field Business Unit.

As a Sr. District Manager, your primary responsibility is to ensure all districts under your supervision meet sales targets, operational goals, and growth objectives.

The manager will also coach, mentor, and develop their District Manager's skills. The position reports to the Public Sector Field Vice President.

The position reports to the Public Sector Inside Sales Vice President.

Responsibilities

Include, but not limited to :

  • Collaborate with District Managers to oversee sales performance, track market trends, and closely monitor competitor activity.
  • Offer mentorship, support, and training to district managers, focusing on skill development and performance enhancement.
  • Scrutinize sales data to pinpoint areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
  • Prioritize customer satisfaction through prompt and efficient resolution of customer concerns.
  • Partner with other Senior Managers and the Vice President to synchronize strategies and initiatives.
  • Foster and sustain robust relationships with key customers and partners.
  • Regularly conduct performance evaluations, offering constructive feedback and setting ambitious goals to boost district performance.
  • Cultivate a culture that celebrates achievement.
  • Inspire, mentor, and nurture team members, emphasizing mental health balance, enthusiasm, and teamwork.
  • Aid in talent acquisition to ensure the team is always staffed with top-notch professionals.
  • Deliver precise and comprehensive sales forecasting to the Vice President.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 4 years of District Manager in a sales role
  • Completed Bachelor's degree
  • Strong understanding of sales performance metrics and KPIs.

Additional Information

The estimated annual pay range for this position is $160,000 - $380,000 which includes a base salary and commission. The compensation for this position is dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location and, therefore, will vary from individual to individual.

Benefits may include, but are not limited to, medical, vision, dental, 401K, and flexible spending.
