Role Overview :

You will lead and inspire a team of sales professionals, driving sales performance and customer satisfaction. Your extensive knowledge of used cars will be crucial in evaluating trade-ins, pricing vehicles, and ensuring our inventory meets the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage and oversee the used car sales department.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
• Evaluate trade-ins and appraise used vehicles accurately.
• Maintain and manage the used car inventory, ensuring a diverse and high-quality selection.
• Train, mentor, and motivate the sales team to perform at their best.
