Key ResponsibilitiesSchedule and dispatch field technicians based on service tickets and optimize travel routesCommunicate with clients regarding technician arrival times and service updatesMaintain accurate records of service tickets and assist with data analysis for process improvementRequired QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED required;
