Summary :
The Assistant Director of Mental Health Residential Services is a member of administrative team responsible for directing recovery-oriented treatment for clients placed in Envision Unlimited’s residential facilities. Responsible for program planning / implementation and evaluation of program, providing direct supervision and training to mental health residential staff and interns, and coordinating / maintaining overall efficiencies of the program / residences.

Essential Responsibilities , include but are not limited to :
- Participate in administrative decision-making with the Director of Mental Health
- Ensure compliance with DHS, CARF, and other regulatory bodies
- Develop and evaluate policies, procedures, and recovery-oriented programming
- Maintain Key Performance Indicators for the MH Residential Program
- Supervise and train residential staff and interns; oversee House Managers
- Manage staff scheduling, payroll approvals, and shift coverage
- Build and maintain a registry for external shift coverage
- Monitor staff productivity and documentation standards
- Lead hiring, onboarding, and training of new staff
- Collaborate with MH Intake Coordinator to maintain census capacity
- Attend supervisions, meetings, committees, and support outreach effort
Clinical Expectations :
Coordinate interviews, assessments, and orientations for new clientsProvide crisis interventions and risk assessments; complete incident reports within 24 hoursEnsure services align with individual treatment plansMaintain accurate records in Quantum (EHR)Oversee referral transitions and maintain clinical documentation complianceMeet productivity targets and documentation deadlinesServe as LPHA for IM-CAN reviewsAttend all clinical and staff meetingGeneral Performance Expectations :
