We are recruiting for a store manager for a well established retailer, specialising in menswear, ladieswear, accessories and homeware, for their store based in Taunton.

The role of store manager will be responsible for driving sales; by leading the team and supporting them to achieve KPIs targets.
It is about the customer journey for this company and you will create a positive retail atmosphere in the shop, which is focused on delivering results.
Ideally, you will have previous experience in retail management with a drive for sales. Youll be passionate about retail and fashion with determination to succeed.
You will be a strong people manager, inspiring and supporting others with your passion and expertise.
The role offers a salary of £29, plus a quarterly bonus and many benefits including healthcare, life assurance, generous holiday allowance, 50% staff discount, uniform, company pension contribution.
