Schedule : Monday to Friday, 7 : 00 AM - 3 : 00 PM CT

Location : Vibrant industrial setting, with a focus on safety and efficiency.

About the Role :

Join our team as a Front Desk Administrative Assistant and become the welcoming face of our operation! Positioned at the guard shack, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a smooth process for checking in visitors and contractors, making sure they are appropriately logged and facilitating their access to our facility.

This role is perfect for individuals who pride themselves on their organizational skills and enjoy interfacing with a diverse range of people.

Key Responsibilities :

Visitor and Contractor Management : Greet, check in, and badge contractors and visitors, ensuring a welcoming yet secure entry process.

Electronic Sign-In Management : Efficiently manage our digital signing system, maintaining accuracy and security.

Vehicle Log Maintenance : Oversee vehicle entries into the plant, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete.

PA System Checks : Regularly verify the operational status of the plant’s PA system through scheduled announcements.

Gate Operations : Control entry and exit gates from your desk, ensuring smooth traffic flow.

SAP Transaction Processing : Handle 5-8 truck transactions daily using SAP, following detailed process instructions for data entry.

Ideal Candidate :

Experienced : Previous clerical or similar experience preferred.

Tech-Savvy : Familiarity with SAP or other enterprise resource planning systems is a significant plus.

Detail-Oriented : Ability to follow intricate process instructions accurately.

Communicative : Excellent interpersonal skills to interface effectively with visitors and team members.

Proactive : Quick to learn new systems and adapt to evolving workplace needs.
