Job Title : Instructional Designer
Location : Hybrid (Tues-Thur) , Peoria IL
Duration : 6+ Months (Possible extension)
Typical Day
Create engaging e-learning modules using Articulate 360
Follow instructional design guidelines and content storyboards
Connect with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to address content questions
Take feedback and make edits to e-learning modules
Manage multiple projects and keep track of project status
Work with Global Dealer learning to get modules updated in DPC (Dealer Performance Center aka online training catalog)
Create product Tip Sheets
Maintain catdealer.com Training page
Manage training campaigns in DPC
Provide admin support with webinar training
Monitor training results
Experience and Education Requirements
Bachelors in Educational Design / Instructional Design / Communication strongly preferred
In lieu of Bachelor's degree, will accept equivalent relevant experience.
Association for Talent Development (ATD) and / or Training Industry certifications preferred (both offer instructional design certifications)
