We are seeking a flexible and reliable Registered (Support) Staff to join our team. In this role you will provide various administrative support services as needed including customer service real estate agent support tenant assistance and general office tasks.
Key Responsibilities :
Provide exceptional customer service to our clients.
Assist real estate agents with administrative tasks.
Support tenants with movein processes.
Perform general office duties as assigned.
Schedule :
Flexible Schedule : We will provide assignments on an asneeded basis which may include on weekends including Saturdays and Sundays or after 5 PM on weekdays.
Minimum 2hour Shifts : We guarantee a minimum of 2 hours of pay per shift even if the actual work time is less.
Compensation :
Hourly Rate : Approximately $15.0020.00 per hour.(DOE)
Qualifications :
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Reliable transportation.
Real Estate Sales Person License is Preferred but not required.
