The successful candidate will be a strategic-minded business partner providing independent global product stewardship and compliance guidance to the enterprise.

This role provides product regulatory compliance supportto all four Owens Corning businesses and several corporate functions.

Thisperson will actas a key partner to product developers, marketing teams, science & technology professionals, product sustainability and quality leaders.

They will provide valuable guidance on a wide variety of product stewardship issues and serve as a front-line subject matter expert on regulations and Owens Corning standards that impact our products and businesses.

This person will also consult with law department peers, particularly in the areas of Regulatory Law and Government Affairs, Litigation, Sourcing and Business Counseling.

Reports to : Director, Product Stewardship Center of Excellence Span of Control : Individual Contributor; proven leadership skills required JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Be a trusted advisor and business partner Continuously build an intimate knowledge of all business segments, including in-depth product knowledge, internal structures, and business strategies, to ensure that all guidance is provided within an appropriate context.

Develop training, guidance materials and tools for our business professionals that build capacity and competency to allowthem to be self-sufficient and effective decision makers in their roles.

Identify and oversee design and implementation of required database and management systems, processes and procedures to mitigate business risk.

Facilitate continuous improvement in product compliance governance and Product Stewardship. Directly execute and influence Product Stewardship strategy to ensure compliance with policies across all business units and functions, while enabling quick and effective business decisions.

Manage complex stewardship and compliance projects with a "right thing to do" mindset and business focus. Provide creative and practical solutions to drive enterprise strategy Independently advise business partners on a broad spectrum of stewardship issues and projects including, but not limited to, product development, management of change for Owens Corning products and raw material inputs, advertising and marketing claims, fiber health, hazard communication, , conflict minerals, product advocacy, and customer inquiries.

Supports the Director, Product Stewardship in managing risk within the defined scope of responsibility. This includes early proactive involvement with stakeholders to assess risk in potential disputes and advising on strategic alternatives.

Supports the company's growth initiatives and product stewardship's purpose by facilitating M&A due diligence and post-acquisition integration issues in partnership with R&D and colleagues in the legal department.

Demonstrate High-Level Leadership Capabilities and Accountabilities Demonstrated ability to independently handle complex compliance, quality or product performance projects including proactive guidance to the business on regulatory obligations, risk mitigation and escalation to senior leadership.
