Join Our Team as an Associate Research Scientist in Early Translational Immunology!
Location : Lawrenceville, NJ (100% Onsite)
Are you a passionate scientist with a keen interest in immunology? We are seeking a dedicated Associate Research Scientist to join our early translational group in Lawrenceville, NJ.
In this role, you will support programs transitioning from discovery to First-in-Human (FIH) studies, running various experiments under the guidance of senior scientists.
Key Responsibilities :
- Human Tissue and Blood Processing : Conduct experiments involving the processing of human tissue and blood.
- Cell-Based Assays : Perform various cell-based assays to support research programs.
- Flow Cytometry : Utilize flow cytometry for analyzing cell samples.
- ELISAs / MSD Assays : Conduct ELISAs and MSD assays for detecting and quantifying biological molecules.
- RNA Extraction and cDNA Synthesis : Extract RNA and synthesize cDNA for gene expression studies.
- Gene Expression Analysis : Use gene expression array cards for analyzing gene expression profiles.
- Data Recording : Ensure accurate recording of experimental data into an electronic laboratory notebook.
What We're Looking For :
- Educational Background : B.S. or M.S. in Biology, Biochemistry, Bioengineering, or a related field.
- Experience : 2-4 years of relevant experience in an industry setting.
- Preparation of human primary cell samples and cell culture.
- Hands-on experience with flow cytometry, ELISAs, and PCR.
- Processing human blood for Peripheral Blood Mononuclear Cells (PBMCs).
- Attention to Detail : Ensure accurate and thorough data recording
