Manufacturing Maintenance Lead

A company is looking for a Manufacturing Maintenance Lead.

Key Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day activities of the manufacturing mechanic team and manage maintenance operations

Assist with line changeovers, equipment repairs, and identify mechanical malfunctions

Train personnel on equipment use and monitor equipment performance for improvements

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required; minimum 2 years of Manufacturing Mechanic experience

Associates degree in Mechanical Design Engineering Technology or related field desired

Experience in maintenance with a solid understanding of production equipment

Ability to read and sketch mechanical drawings

Familiarity with programmable controllers is desired
