Starting pay rate - $19.40
QUALIFICATIONS :
- Must have or be able to obtain an Educational Aide Permit through the Ohio Department of Education
- Displays flexibility, reliability, self-discipline and a willingness to take on challenging tasks.
- Ability to work empathetically with at-risk students.
- Understanding of confidentiality of information about students and all school matters.
- Embodies high ethical standards / integrity. Accepts responsibility for personal decisions / conduct.
- Nonviolent Crisis Intervention (CPI) or similar specialized training(s) may be required.
- Physical Demands : Duties may require providing physical assistance to students
