Master CNC Scheduler

As a CNC Master Scheduler, you will play a critical role in coordinating and optimizing our CNC machining operations. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining production schedules, ensuring on-time delivery of orders while maximizing efficiency and minimizing costs.

This role requires a strong understanding of CNC machining processes, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.

A few of the key responsibilities :

• Develop and maintain production schedules for CNC machining operations based on customer needs, capacity constraints, on-time delivery, and lead times.
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and procurement teams to prioritize jobs and allocate resources effectively.
• Monitor and analyze production data to identify bottlenecks, optimize processes, and improve lead times.
• Coordinate with external suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of raw materials and components.
• Communicate regularly with internal stakeholders to provide updates on production schedules and address any issues or concerns.
• Implement best practices for inventory management, including inventory optimization and control.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, quality, and cost-effectiveness.

A few Qualifications we hope you possess :

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in production planning, scheduling, or manufacturing operation, preferably in a CNC machining environment.
• Strong understanding of CNC machining processes and production planning Principles.
• Proficiency in ERP / MRP systems and scheduling software.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Experience in a multiple work center environment, preferably 12 or more.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
