Hi there! We are Jules and our client is looking for a Customer Service Representative in the Commercial Insurance Industry!

Key Responsibilities :
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Manage and update client information using our commercial insurance CRM system.
- Assist in processing insurance claims and policy renewals.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify potential leads and provide support as needed.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality with sensitive information.
Qualifications :
- 1 to 3 years of experience in commercial insurance or insurance agencies
- Proficiency in using commercial insurance CRM systems.
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
- Sales experience is preferred but not required.
