Job Description : TwineChart, a leading provider of innovative data visualization and analytics solutions, is seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Associate to join our team in Miami, FL.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately inputting and maintaining data in our systems, ensuring data integrity, and supporting various departments with data-related tasks.

Salary : $16.50 - $26.00 hourlyKey Responsibilities : Data Entry : Accurately input and update information in the company’s databases and systems.

Verify and correct data as needed to maintain data integrity and accuracy.Data Management : Organize and maintain digital and paper files to ensure they are easily accessible and up-to-date.

Assist with the creation and maintenance of data records and reports.Quality Control : Conduct regular data audits to identify and rectify errors or inconsistencies.

Implement data verification procedures to ensure data quality.Support Functions : Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.

Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documentation.Qualifications : High school diploma or equivalent.

Previous experience in data entry or a similar role is preferred.Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and data entry software.

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.Strong organizational and time management skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
