Description

This position is central to the overall flow of the department of environmental services, and functions in a dispatch capacity.

Provides clerical support while interacting with all levels within the organization. Serves as a departmental service ambassador by acknowledging, greeting and assisting staff, customers and vendors to access services in a manner that consistently delivers exceptional customer service.

Estimated pay range for this position is $17.02 - $20.59 / hour depending on experience.

Qualifications

Degrees : High School,Cert,GED,Trn,Exper Additional Qualifications : Experience in a healthcare or hospitality setting preferred.

Intermediate computer skills preferred. Has the ability to proficiently work with Microsoft Office Suite Outlook, Excel and Word.

Can type at least 25 wpm. Has the ability to communicate effectively in the English language. Good interpersonal skills.

Ability to work effectively in a fast paced environment with strong customer service skills. Minimum Required Experience : 1 Year
