Responsibilities :
- Greet visitors in a professional and friendly manner and provide them with assistance as needed
- Answer incoming phone calls, schedule service calls, install and estimates, take messages, and transfer calls as appropriate
- Manage inquiries and customer service requests in a timely and accurate manner
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using Quickbooks
- Input data into the computer system accurately and efficiently, and create reports as needed
Qualifications :
- 18 years or older
- Quickbooks experience
- Time management skills
- Social media skills
- Strong verbal and written interpersonal communication skills
