About The Role

As a Cloud Administrator within our Network Operations Team, you'll oversee and secure our organization's cloud infrastructure while supporting client-facing SaaS products.

You'll play a key role in On-Premises to Cloud migration projects and actively engage in SIEM investigations and threat response activities.

Additionally, you will contribute to understanding Landing Zone and setting the same, focusing on governance, management, and identity management aspects.

Responsibilities :

Security Configuration & Management

• Configure and integrate essential cloud security controls within M365 and Azure, including Azure AD, Defender, Conditional Access, Security Center, Key Vaults, and more.
• Implement robust security processes to bolster our business's security posture, ensuring compliance with various audit requirements.
• Manage Privileged Access, safeguarding critical resources from unauthorized access.

Incident Response & Threat Mitigation

• Conduct SIEM investigations and actively respond to threat events, collaborating with the incident response team for troubleshooting, analysis, and forensics.
• Continuously monitor threat and vulnerability sources to ensure the organization's secure operations.

Cloud Infrastructure Enhancement & Automation

• Execute zero-impact cloud infrastructure modifications and automate critical production processes using industry-standard methods.
• Deploy software, configure policies, and secure access to company resources across workstations and mobile devices.
• Support client-facing SaaS products and contribute to understanding Landing Zone, focusing on governance, management, and identity management.

Collaborative Initiatives & Documentation

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance security in existing and new cloud initiatives.
• Research new cloud service offerings, gather price quotes, and compile comparative assessments for potential solutions.
• Document standard operating procedures to maintain clarity and efficiency.

Compliance & Monitoring

• Proactively monitor and review systems, security, and application logs to maintain compliance with NIST and HIPAA directives.
• Develop an understanding of Landing Zone and its governance, management, and identity management aspects.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in cloud administration.
• Flexibility for after-hours and periodic on-call support.
• Experience supporting a client-facing SaaS product.
• Understanding of Landing Zone and setting the same, with a focus on governance, management, and identity management.
• Familiarity with SQL Server Migration Areas.
• Exposure to Azure Data Warehouse and related infrastructure.
• Limited or no exposure to areas like TCO, costing, scripting, Azure Data Warehouse, and pipelines.
