Position Overview :

We are seeking a skilled CNC Programmer to join our team in Monroe, CT. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in programming CNC machines, excellent attention to detail, and a passion for precision manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and optimize CNC programs for various machining operations.
• Interpret engineering drawings and specifications to create accurate machining processes.
• Set up and operate CNC machines, ensuring they meet production requirements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any programming or machining issues.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to enhance processes and product quality.
• Maintain accurate documentation of programs, setups, and revisions.

Qualifications :

• Proven experience as a CNC Programmer (minimum 5 years preferred).
• Proficient in CAD / CAM software (e.g., Mastercam, SolidWorks).
• Strong understanding of G-code and M-code programming languages.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
• Familiarity with various CNC machinery (milling, turning, etc.).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
