Human Resources Assistant
Summary :
The HR Assistant supports all facets of the Human Resources department, playing a crucial role in recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and HRIS management.
This entry-level position is designed for individuals who have gained preliminary experience through internships in similar environments.
Duties and Responsibilities :
- in coordinating recruitment efforts, including scheduling interviews and communicating with candidates.
- the onboarding process for new hires and manage the offboarding process for departing employees.
- payroll processing to ensure accuracy and compliance with financial practices.
- maintain and update the HR Information System (HRIS) and employee records.
- to HR-related inquiries and provide general administrative support to the HR department.
- in the planning and execution of employee engagement activities and events.
- on various HR projects and initiatives as needed.
Qualifications :
- degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- internship experience in a Human Resources role is highly preferred.
- organizational skills and attention to detail.
- communication and interpersonal skills, capable of maintaining strong relationships.
- in Microsoft Office suite and familiar with HRIS platforms.
- to handle confidential information with discretion.
