Responsibilities
The Accounts Receivable Associate will :
- Review and track invoice processing in Customer Portals
- Identify discrepancies, missing information, or other issues with invoices
- Collaborate with the IT Department to resolve any technical or data-related issues
- Perform data entry tasks with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency
- Assist with other administrative duties and special projects as needed
Qualifications :
- 1+ year of relevant work experience
- Associate's and / or Bachelor's Degree
- Experience with basic Accounting functions
- Microsoft Excel proficient
- Proven mathematical skills
- Solid problem solving and time management skills
- Great interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong attention to detail
- Highly organized
Desired Skills :
- Prior experience in Data Entry and / or Administrative support roles
