Job Description
Customer Experience Associate - Remote
Training is onsite - Lakeland, FL
Work Hours are within 8 : 00AM-8 : 00PM (8hr shifts) Monday-Friday
About the role :
- Performs tasks based on established protocol.
- Take Inbound calls
- Training on system procedures and regulations
- Data organizing and typing skills
General Reuirements :
- High school diploma or GED
- Expands skills within an analytical or operational process.
- Customer service experience
- Comfortable on the phone
- Applies experience and skills to complete assigned work.
- Works within established procedures and practices.
- Works with a moderate degree of supervision.
- Ability to problem solve, self-guided.
- Manages own workload.
- Evaluate issues and solutions to provide the best outcome for the client and end-users.
Responsibility Statements
- Assesses calls to provide service immediately, be transferred, or require follow-up for client resolution.
- Identifies customer needs by referring to case notes and examining each as a specific case.
- Performs routine call center activities concerning business products and services.
- Gathers all necessary information to update the database.
- Escalates issues to senior levels, based on complaints or concerns.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Complies with all policies and standards.
