Responsibilities of a Golf Course Grounds Staff :
Responsibilities for this job include all facets of golf course maintenance. That will include mowing, raking bunkers, string trimming, fly-mowing, edging, watering as well as other job tasks assigned daily.
Golf Course Grounds Staff Job Description :
We are looking for qualified grounds staff who can help us complete a variety of golf course maintenance tasks in an efficient, effective, and safe manner.
Must be able a self starter and accept the responsibility of showing up each day on time to complete their tasks.
A good job candidate must be able to perform strenuous physical tasks, such as loading and unloading of various materials and tools, and operating heavy machinery and equipment.
They also need to work great in a team, and follow all the instructions and golf course maintenance practices.
Golf Course Grounds Staff Job Requirements :
- Experience in landscape work or similar field
- High school diploma or equivalent is a plus
- A valid drivers license
- Ability to effectively work in a team
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to perform strenuous physical tasks
- Willingness to learn and get additional training if necessary
