Pharmacy Director
The Director of Pharmacy Operations oversees and owns the outcomes of all operational aspects of the Pharmacy, ensuring optimal performance of people, processes, and systems. This role is responsible for maintaining compliance with state and federal regulations, upholding ACHC specialty accreditation, and aligning operations with the organization's mission to improve healthcare access and outcomes in the community. The Director manages a team of 3 staff pharmacists and 7 pharmacy technicians, and reports to the Chief Pharmacy Officer. Additionally, this role serves as the 'face' of the pharmacy at local events.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $160000.00 - $185000.00 / yr. See AM for full benefits guide. Summary : Medical, Dental & Vision, FSA plans plus supplemental benefits, etc. STD & LTD & Basic Life are 100% employer funded.
