Job Title : Medical Communications Administrator
Location : Fort Worth, TX 76134 (onsite Mon-Thursday, remote Friday)
Duration : 6 Months
Pay Range : $35.86 / hr on W2
Job Description :
The person in this role will be responsible for submitting Medical Affairs scientific publications developed by the North America and International Medical Directors for medical and regulatory review and approval in top 12 countries and as required other nominated markets.
These include new publications and existing publications that need to be repurposed / adapted for other countries. Additionally, the contractor will track international & local publication statuses (expiration dates, renewal of assets, distribution platforms) to ensure the meeting of submission deadlines.
Lastly, contractor will be assisting with the dissemination process of these assets in Clients Medical Affairs digital platforms for HCPs.
Responsibilities :
- Collaborates with North America and International Medical Directors to submit new and / or repurposed medical affairs assets for review and approval for all regions and ensures accurate submission details are captured for medical and regulatory approvals.
- Manages Pitcher and Science.com website medical asset library and tracking for assets from top 12 countries in partnership with Medical Affairs Digital Platforms Manager and International Medical Communications Manager.
Knowledge and Skills :
- Proficient in Veeva Vault platforms.
- Comfortable with driving metrics and reporting to inform medical affairs stakeholders about status of content assets.
- Excellent project management skills.
- Outstanding organizational skills.
- Microsoft Office Excel savvy.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills are required.
Education and Work Experience :
Must Have) :
- Bachelors Degree
- 3-6 years of relevant experience in Medical Affairs, project management or communications
Nice to Have) :
- MBA or MS degree
- Experience using Veeva platforms
- History of managing large complex projects
- Previous experience in Medical Affairs or Ophthalmology / Optometry
