ProCare is seeking a Social Worker who is enthusiastic about working in a school setting to join our team for the 2024-2025 academic year.
The district offers significant support to its staff and students. This full-time role includes managing a K-12 caseload.

Job Details :
- Onsite near the Mesa, Arizona area
- Start ASAP

1 or more school sites (mileage can be reimbursed between school sites)
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide direct services to students with mental health services on their IEP including 1 : 1 meetings, social skills groups, etc.
- Conduct evaluations in the social emotional area and IEP development and documentation
- Support with development of FBAs and BIPs, provide crisis support as needed
Qualifications :
- Master's degree in Social Work with School Social Work certification in Arizona.
- Previous experience in a school or educational setting is preferred.
