Job Overview :

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Store Manager for our Tire and Auto Repair Shop. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive service management, excellent customer service skills, and a passion for the automotive industry.

As the Store Manager, you will lead our team to deliver exceptional service, drive sales, optimize operations, and ensure customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Leadership & Management :
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of technicians and customer service staff.
• Foster a positive work environment that encourages collaboration and high performance.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
• Operational Excellence :
• Oversee daily shop operations, ensuring compliance with all safety, quality, and operational standards.
• Manage inventory levels, ordering of tires and auto parts, and maintain vendor relationships.
• Implement and maintain efficient processes to optimize vehicle service turnaround times.
• Customer Service :
• Establish a customer-first culture by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Train staff on best practices for customer interaction, service recommendations, and upselling products and services.
• Analyze customer feedback and implement strategies to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Sales & Marketing :
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly revenue targets and drive profitability.
• Create promotional campaigns to attract new customers and retain existing ones, leveraging local advertising and community engagement.
• Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports for senior management.
• Financial Management :
• Manage the store budget, including labor, inventory, and operational costs, to ensure profitability.
• Oversee cash handling procedures, payroll, and financial reporting.
• Work with accounting to ensure accurate invoicing and payment processing.

Qualifications :

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree in business management or a related field preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in the automotive sector.
• Strong knowledge of tires, auto repair services, and industry trends.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing budgets.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using point-of-sale systems and basic computer applications.
