Hosts are the first and last impression in a restaurant setting. They help keep the entire flow of the restaurant running smoothly! We are seeking personable, professional and passionate individuals to fill these positions.
Job Duties, including all but not limited to :
- Assists in preparing room for dining
- Greets guests upon arrival with kindness
- Seats guests according to reservations and / or provides them with estimated waiting times
- Ensures staff is well-informed of reservations, customer requests, etc.
- Manages phone services
- Creates reservations systematically
- Monitors servers and the tables
- Assists servers with clean-up and table resetting during rush hours
- Contributes to overall team effort to provide the utmost dining experience to guests
