Position Summary :
Provide processing support and movement of material in the RMO (Return Material Order) process.
Essential Job Functions
- RMA Coordinator :
- Maintain all documentation of RMO material in the Sales Force and SAP system in a timely and accurate fashion
- Receive returned materials for repair and identify status of material throughout RMO process
- Ensure material moves through the system within the business established turnaround times
- Provide customers status information regarding RMO’s in the system
- Move material out to shipping in a timely fashion to assist in customer product return
- Contact customers as required to resolve or clarify any issues regarding returned materials in a professional and respectful manner
- Communicate with in-house personnel to inform and resolve issues relating to product movement, credits, replacement product information, and any other activity to support the RMO process
- Updating and maintaining EHS websites (ie Avetta, ISN, Complyworks, etc.) used by our customers
- Assists with the implementation of new safety procedures
Secondary responsibilities
- Prepare and implement Quality Assurance policies and procedures
- Support operational leadership in a variety of departments with documentation improvements
- Assists with maintenance of QMS retained files such as training records, internal audit files, corrective actions
- Maintain QMS controlled document library
- Assist in the Receiving Inspection process by receipt of products in SAP system
- Must be able to frequently work sitting, standing, and walking (2-6 hours a day)
- Must be able to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 25 pounds
Education / Experience Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Associate degree preferred
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication skills both verbal and written
- Data collection and analysis skills
