Part Time Office Support

Overview

Edith Bowen Laboratory School is looking for an Office Assistant to work in the main office. Typical week is 10 : 45am 12 : 30 pm (8-10 hours per week).

Responsibilities

• Answer phones
• Assist students with requests
• Check in / Check out visitors
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalency
• Ability to effectively communicate
• Dependable

Advertised Salary

Employees work indoors and are protected from weather and / or contaminants, but not, necessarily, occasional temperature changes.

The employee is regularly required to sit and often uses repetitive hand motions.
