Interested?Here's what you'd do : -With instructions from the Manager, direct the activities of assigned hourly teammates in production processes.
- Ensure that productivity and quality standard are achieved based on defined goals and in a cost-effective manner.-Using weekly manufacturing schedules and daily priorities, assigns tasks and assignments to hourly teammates.
- Monitors work to ensure proper completion.-Trains new hire teammates to know the process and assigned tasks.-Monitors teammate's efforts to ensure daily, defined outputs.
- Investigates incidents, identifies production line issues and devises solutions.-Monitors, adjusts, and identifies need for repair / testing of equipment and / or processes in assigned segment of the operational processes.
- Completes production documentation.-Verifies that hourly time records reflect the work performed.-Implements efficiencies and cost reduction programs to assist the company in making better product flow decisions by conducting analysis on key areas which are causing product and delivery issues.
- Builds and maintains a work environment that is positive and is supported by open feedback and two-way communication at all levels-Responsible for maintaining a positive work environment while supporting the company's culture.
- Responsible for fostering a healthy and safe work environment, focusing on the well-being of all associates.-Maintains and strengthens internal, external customer, and supplier relationships.

Required Skills / Qualifications : -High School Diploma or GED-Minimum of 3 years experience in computer / manufacturing environment-Minimum of 3 years experience in manufacturing supervisoryPreferred Skills / Qualifications : -Bachelor's Degree-Requires excellent communication skills and a professional attitude.
